"This graveyard is unfenced, situated precisely on the summit of a high knoll in the south part of the town, one half mile

east of Round Lake, one mile south east of the village of Maltaville, and a quarter mile east of the road between that

place and Mechanicville. No interments have been made there for many years. The stones are mostly broken down and

lie in fragments on the ground. The inscriptions were taken April 17, 1877 by E. D. Harris. May 7 1877."
