As transcribed by Cornelius Emerson Durkee and listed under the Town of Wilton, in volume 4, pages 27 – 30 of Durkee's Epitaphs of Saratoga County, New York. “The Jacox Cemetery is located in the south-east corner of the town, on the north side of a highway leading easterly from the Loudon Church. The inscriptions were copied Oct. 21, 1876 by C.E.Durkee.” (Jacox Cemetery is on the north side of Louden Road, .5 mile east of Ruggles Road, and 2.2 miles west of route 29, in the Town of Wilton, Saratoga County, New York.
