Miller Bible: Family Record Pages
This small Bible, page size 4¼ by 7 1/8 inches and about 2 inches thick, is now in the collection of the Saratoga County Historian. The data in the entries mostly predate the 1830 publication date of the Bible , so the information was obviously copied from earlier records, probably other family Bibles. It appears from the style of writing and the aging of the ink that this copying was probably begun in the mid-nineteenth century, probably shortly after the purchase of the Bible. It is not known who copied these transcriptions, nor what if any connection might have existed between the Millers in this record and any Saratoga County resident. Note the similarity in given names between this family and those in the family of Jacob Miller.
"The Early Millers of Massachusetts: Lazarus, Nathaniel, Ebenezer, Evi, Amok, William & Others" includes genealogical and historical information about Ebenezer Miller, a patriot of the American Revolution of Brimfield MA, born Feb. 20, 1724.
