As transcribed by Cornelius Emerson Durkee and listed under Wilton in Volume 4, pages 33 – 34, of Durkee's Epitaphs of Saratoga County, New York. “The Milligan yard is located in the extreme south east corner of the town, on a high hill overlooking the valley of Fish Creek, on the east side of the road. The foregoing inscriptions comprise all to be found in the enclosure. They were copied by C.E.Durkee Oct. 21, 1876.” (Durkee page 34) (Milligan Cemetery is located on the east side of Arnold's Lane, one tenth mile south of Louden Road, in the Town of Wilton, Saratoga County, New York.)
