Remains removed from Cold Brook Cemetery in 1930 by HRRD. Settled early in Edinburg near the Day line. Built the first grist mill in town in 1793 on the north bank of Beecher's Creek at the River Road crossing on the later site of the 1878 brick mill. The 1793 mill was a small mill built of logs. On April 7 1801 Isaac was elected one of Edinburg's first pound-keepers. In 1796 he signed the incorporation papers of the new Providence Presbyterian Church as Trustee. (I can find no other record of this church unless possibly it may be the abandoned brich church in Fishhouse.) Isaac worked on Providence roads in 1797 district 18.
